The Parish of Saint John the Baptist in Jordan oversees two cemeteries. If you would like to make a donation towards the care and maintenance of one of our cemeteries, please click on the Online Giving link at the top of the page.
CALVARY CEMETERY
Calvary Cemetery is directly east of the church and school campus, on the bluffs overlooking the town. The cemetery is accessible by turning north off MN 282 and then west onto Kreuser Road. The cemetery gates are at the end of Kreuser Road.
SAINT JOSEPH’S CEMETERY
St. Joseph’s Cemetery is located 3.7 miles east of the church on County Road 10 (also known as W 200th Street) at Harlow Avenue (County Road 71).

RECORDS
If you wish to research, this site contains thousands of records for Calvary and several hundred for St. Joseph’s. Both cemeteries have burials dating to the 1860s.
Records in the database are correct to the best of our knowledge. If you are aware of any inaccuracies, we truly welcome you to share that information with us. Older records are difficult to verify, and sadly, we regret some details are simply unknown. Although old parish records may indicate burials occurred, some locations are unclear. Unfortunately, some burials are unmarked, and some markers are illegible, broken, or may have sunk below ground level over the decades. Maintenance and care have relied largely on volunteer efforts, so any assistance you would like to offer may be welcome. If you’d like to suggest changes, please fill out the contact form below:
