Funeral Notice: Glenn Joseph Nemanic

Glenn Joseph Nemanic, age 53, of Jacksonville, FL (formerly from Jordan and Shakopee, MN) passed away Monday, August 30, at home. Born in Portsmouth, VA at the Naval Hospital to parents: Janet L. (Beloy) and Lance M. Nemanic on April 18, 1968.

He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Kristin; Son Antonio both of Jacksonville, FL; Daughter, Kelsey (Paul) Foster; Grandchildren, Morgan and Alan Foster of Jordan, MN; Parents Janet L. (Beloy) and Lance M. Nemanic of Palm Coast, FL; Brother Aaron (Heather) Nemanic of Palm Coast, FL; Nephews, Ian Nemanic of Jaksonville, FL, Gavin and Noah Keck of Marville, TN; Niece Ally Keck of Palm Coast, FL; Grandmother Nancy Leaf of Golden Valley, MN; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Glenn is preceded in death by his grandparents, Joseph and Blodwyn Beloy and by Rose and Frank Nemanic; Uncles Joseph Beloy Jr. and Charles Leaf, Cousin Geoffrey Nemanic.

Glenn graduated from Shakopee Senior High School in 1986. He continued his education at Hennepin Technical Vo-Tech South Campus Eden Prairie, MN, then continued his studies at Normandale College, Bloomington, MN.

Glenn had a waterproofing business; worked at Champion, and NAPA and Factory Motor Parts.

He loved working on cars, fishing, hunting, the beach and spending time with family.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church in Jordan MN on Friday, October 15, 2021 at 5:00pm with a visitation to precede starting at 4:00pm.
